Our Professor Francesco Ricci has been chosen as recipient of the Heinrich Emanuel Merck Award for Analytical Science 2017<\/i>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The award is intended for chemists up to the age of 45<\/strong>, working in particular on developing new analytical methods and their applications in areas of human interest<\/strong>. Their work should be directed towards the improvement of our conditions of life, providing solutions to analytical problems in the areas of life sciences, material sciences or environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Francesco has been selected because of his achievements in the development of new diagnostic tools based on DNA nanomachines.
