From June 10th to 12th, 2026, the International School of Electrocatalysis 2026 (ISECAT 2026) will be held in Bressanone. This international school is dedicated to the latest developments in electrocatalysis and electrochemical technologies for energy conversion and storage.
The school focuses on cutting-edge developments in electrocatalysis and electrochemical technologies for energy conversion and storage, aiming to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial applications. The initiative provides an up-to-date overview of the state of the art in the field through thematic modules covering key topics, including fuel cells, electrolyzers, CO2 reduction, and advanced characterization techniques.
The program includes contributions from internationally renowned experts from leading universities and research centers, and is aimed at master’s students, PhD candidates, and early-career researchers interested in the challenges of the energy transition.
The initiative is organized under the patronage of the University of Rome Tor Vergata and involves faculty members from the Department of Chemical Sciences and Technologies: Professor Barbara Mecheri, a member of the organizing committee, and Professor Alessandra D’Epifanio, a member of the scientific committee.
